Co-Founder and Managing Principal
Scott has over 25 years of experience in the high-end residential and commercial construction industries. He has detailed experience and understanding of the development & construction cycle, permitting, contracts, subcontracts, and the process of selecting both the design and construction teams. Scott has worked in nearly every aspect of design & construction on projects ranging from $25K to $8.1B. His network of resources, as well as completed projects, encompasses territories all over the United States.
Scott Sutek is a husband, father of 2 teenage boys, United States Marine Corps veteran, retired Jacksonville Police Officer and a current resident of Pasco County located in Land O Lakes, FL. Over the course of his professional career, Scott has been the Vice-President of the DBIA Florida Region, President of the DBIA Gulf Coast Chapter, member of ABC Tampa chapter, member of ULI Tampa Bay, member of SOREP and involved in many other organizations.
Erica Sutek
Co-Founder and President
Erica is the Co-Founder and President of the Davis Tucker Group. With over 25 years of experience in contract management, compliance, training and operations, she serves the firm in an operational & administrative leadership capacity. Erica is a native Floridian, born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. She relocated to the Tampa area in March 2016 with her family. She enjoys spending her free time at the beach and traveling.
Jackson Sutek
Assistant Project Manager
Jackson joined the Davis Tucker Group in 2018. Jackson began as a college intern and has quickly made himself an invaluable resource to the team. In his current role, he works closely with the zoning, development and permitting divisions of local municipalities and focuses on providing clients with quality photographs and videos.
Ellen Smith
Accounting and Special Projects Manager
Ellen joined the Davis Tucker Group in 2020 as our Accounting and Special Projects Manager. She brings 25 years of Executive Leadership Support, Meeting Planning & Management and Customer Service experience to DTG from the insurance, business to business office products and automotive industries. Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, she loves Jesus, her family and raising funds, awareness and support for ALS.
